It is a difficult question, I think. I have now been teaching for about two years at home. My mother had to sign documents for a letter of intent to homeschool. We did not know, however, had the papers in each semester for the school. In Arkansas, said (under 18) must have an average of 90% of schools have a permit or license must be obtained. My problem is that they have not completed the paperwork for this semester at the school. And I think that the Penn Foster (my program will be sent home schooling) the documents in this way? But I turn 16 in 35 days. My grandfather said that I can get my license at the age of the paperless school in Arkansas. Is that true?

If under 18 a birth certificate, school, must demonstrate the grade point average of at least 2.0 and a parent or guardian of the test page. If you are under 18, but school, you must submit proof of completion (diploma) at the test site. (For the location of the test sites, call the police, Arkansas 501-618-8251.)

You should check with a local group of home schooling to find out what documents are required of homeschoolers.
If I can start with people driving at 14 years and 9 months. You must have permission from a school have received your license. If you have a Sears in your state can with them or any other driver education signs (you must pay) from his own pocket. His parents sign a form to give permission for the driving school and you can take your consent for a while before you really have to take the road test. Contact your local Department of Motor Vehicles for additional information, but you must have permission from a school. Hope this helps.
If you are homeschooling in Arkansas the only form that is required other than a birth certificate and social security card is a notarized copy of the Notice of Intent form. If you do not have the original, just go to the Department of Education's website and print out another, fill it out and get it notarized.
