Chicago Road Conditions How Long Will It Take To Drive From Dallas To Chicago In December?

How long will it take to drive from Dallas to Chicago in December? - chicago road conditions

My husband and I are planning a trip from Dallas to Chicago in December of this year. We intend to leave the day after Christmas and on 30 I know it usually takes about 15 hours, but do not know whether we should wait to have more time on the roads in winter? We need to get the chains for the tires? We're a little nervous about the road conditions and are still discussing whether to go hiking. I know that Chicago is cold, but I've also heard that is beautiful during the holiday season.

Any advice would be great! Thank you!

15 hours of my @ ss. it takes me and my family 2 days to get from New Jersey to Florida. its more than a journey of several days. In addition, a snow is ***** everywhere, when the road or to about 30 miles per hour was reduced. without accidents and delays. Walk a few days before a little flexibility.

should not be too bad. I mean, are not generally poor in Chicago, but could tx ice. I like the idea that maybe 2 days dcareful if you're traveling. I do not drive too fast. Texas Its just be careful, I think. Because snow is no big deal. Strings do not think it necessary and some of its pariah countries.
